Ann wears an unpractical nurse's outfit made of leather. To match the dress, she has black leather gloves and shoes. She has a medical mask covering the lower part of her face.
Ann is around 5'7 and has bright red hair reaching just beyond her shoulders. She has a lean yet feminine figure, with a haunting grey complexion that is dotted with numerous stitches. Strangely, Ann's left eye is a vivid red while her right eye is absent, leaving the empty socket obscured behind her hair.
Ann used to be shy and kind as she was alive. After being killed she became a murderous, psychotic serial killer with very little morale.
There is evidence that suggests Ann has some humanity left in her as she now works as a nurse in the Slenderman mansion, tending for other creepypastas and proxies.
