Clockwork has pale skin, brown hair and bright green eye. The other eye has been replaced with the face of her late father's pocketwatch.
She mostly wears a white tank top, a greyish-blue hoodie with white fur lining and black skinny jeans, and a pair of black knee-high boots. She has black stitches which were sewn into the corners of her mouth to resemble an upward smiling position
Clockwork is a very brash, unlady-like being. She couldn't care less for others and their well-being, her only ambition to cause pain and suffering.
She's fairly reserved and unemotional and prefers to keep to herself.
She's very loudmouthed and direct as she does not care for other people's feelings.
Clockwork has twisted, sarcastic sense of humour.
Origin
Natalie was just a regular, slightly overlooked, artistic girl growing up. She's fairly reserved and timid as her father was abusive growing up. Natalie's only solace was her older brother Lucas, until he began to sexually exploit her as well, which went on for about four years.
This causes Natalie to seek out a classmate, spilling her emotions to the "friend". Said girl goes out and betrays Natalie, telling the whole school about Natalie's situation. This results in Natalie's classmates harassing and bullying her in and outside the school. On top of having to withstand the bullying, Natalie found herself battling against time on her school assignments.
When Natalie was 16 her boyfriend broke up with her due to her "creepy" macabre art and negative mindset. He said there was something "deeply" wrong with Natalie. This causes her to snap. She goes home and sewes the ends of her mouth into an upward smile in an attempt to seem happier.
Natalie's mother finds her in the bathroom and rushes the girl to talk to a professional. Natalie tells her therapist "Time makes you live through it, slowly progressing through life, being controlled by society, only to be tortured for seemingly no end until you find you no longer have a purpose. The concept and mechanics of time are a vicious circle, and it never slows down."
Natalie's parents agree to an experimental surgery on Natalie against her will. The whole surgery is a mess and Natalie even awoke during it. After the botched surgery, Natalie wakes up once more, only to find out her appearance has changed. She finally loses the last bit of her sanity. She kills the doctor, and the security guards and heads home.
When Natalie arrives home, she murders her family and turns herself into Clockwork. She now roams free, killing people "whose time has run out".

After murdering her family brutally, Clockwork headed to the bathroom. In there she found her father's old pocketwatch. She dug out her eye and forced the face of the clock into the empty socket.
